Solr 8には、fl=パラメーターの一部であるフィールドを名前変更（エイリアス）するオプションがありますか？
例えば、fl=firstnameのように、Solrの結果を"firstname"の代わりに"name"と表示したいです。

はい、もしeDismaxを使用している場合、内部的に複数のフィールドにエイリアスを展開できます。
例えば：
f.name.qf=last_name first_name
