Our search engine product, KandaSearch, has garnered support from numerous customers due to its innovative technology and design. Basic Information

• We operate on a full-remote work system, so there's no need to come into the office. However, face-to-face meetings might be held only at the commencement of new feature development projects.
• On the other hand, we organize company-wide events (lunch or dinner & game events) once a month, providing opportunities for employees to meet offline.
• Our product development team consists of members from various countries and regions. You can experience an international work environment while being in Japan (proficiency in English is required).
• We provide support for obtaining residence status for foreigners coming to Japan.
• Days off include weekends and public holidays (full two-day weekend), annual paid leave, condolence leave, year-end and New Year holidays, caregiving leave, and child nursing leave.
